Fanoos Films is thrilled to announce that The Crowd (A Multidão), directed by Sahand Kabiri, has been officially selected for the New Directors Competition at the 49th São Paulo International Film Festival, where it will have its South American premiere.

Set in contemporary Iran, The Crowd (70 min) tells a poignant story of grief, friendship, and the urgency of human connection. This selection marks an important milestone in the film’s international journey.
