Synopsis:
Pouya is suffering from not recalling his deceased mother’s voice. His aunt is trying to help him.

Director’s Note:
Forgetting is the only way for our brains to survive the tragic events we experience in our lives, to suffer less, and to move forward. Dissociation is the mental process of disconnecting from one’s thoughts, feelings, memories, or sense of identity. I decided to portray a young boy who is struggling with recalling his deceased mother’s voice and tries to fight against the process of dissociation to not forget his mother.
